Barolac Inwald Czechoslovakian Frosted Amber Glass Pansies Vase
Designed and produced in Czechoslovakia at the Josef
Inwald Glassworks during the 1930's, this exquisite
line of Bohemian glass was imported to England under
the name "Barolac", a trademark registered in 1935
by John Jenkins & Son of London. Emulating the style
of Lalique, Sabino and Etling, Barolac utilized
similar finishing techniques to produce a line of
quality art glass which rivaled those esteemed
French glass makers. This lovely Barolac Pansy amber
vase features deeply molded blooms of the biennial
garden favorite, finished with a luxurious satin
etching.
