ORDERING   If you are located within Canada or within The United States [Mainland] and do not require any additional insurance or coverage please click on the 'Buy Now' button to proceed to the secure Paypal checkout. [fancy4glass reserves the right to increase shipping fees to match actual shipping costs for any automated payments, also if shipping fees seem extreme when using the 'Buy Now' option please send us an email to adjust the shipping cost]

If you would like to use a different form of payment OR if you live outside of Canada and The United States [Mainland]  OR you would like to add insurance to your parcel please send us an e-mail message to fancy4glass@shaw.ca.  For clear reference, please put the item description of the piece [as listed on webpage] and the item ID number [when provided] in the email subject line.  Email should state your name and full address including zip code or postal code.  Also, please indicate whether you would like postal insurance included.  We will respond with the total cost of the order including shipping and insurance [if requested] to your location within 48 hours.  We find this the best way to give approximate shipping cost.  We can email a paypal invoice request at this time if one so desires.

At that time you may decide whether or not you would like to proceed with the purchasing transaction by sending us payment or a decline email notification.  We understand that people change their minds, and appreciate a return email if it is decided not to proceed with the transaction.  At that time fancy4glass.ca may put an item off hold until further notification.

All items listed on fancy4glass.ca are in USD. All shipping quotes will be made in USD. When we email you with the total amount owed that total will also be in USD. We do not accept foreign currency, please use services at bank to convert funds into USD prior to making a payment. If paying with Paypal please select US funds. Policies apply to Canadian buyers as well.
